About the role
- Provide first aid and immediate care for work-related injuries and illnesses
- Assess employee health conditions and determine appropriate treatment or referrals
- Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports in compliance with confidentiality standards
- Assist in developing and implementing workplace health and safety programs
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and periodic medical examinations
- Monitor and manage occupational hazards and workplace risks
- Coordinate with physicians, hospitals, and emergency services when necessary
- Educate employees on health, wellness, and disease prevention
