Lead Accountant

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). At least eight (8) years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or property management industry. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting – Oversee the monthly financial closing process and prepare accurate statutory and management reports for real estate operations. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, PEZA, and other applicable regulatory requirements affecting the company's real estate business. Procure-to-Pay Process – Review and approve purchase and payment transactions to support property operations while ensuring compliance with company policies. Revenue and Collections – Monitor tenant billings and collections, ensuring timely payment of lease rentals and other property-related charges.
