About the Role

We are looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst to join our team and support IT projects, business process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze processes, support system development activities, and help ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout project activities. Participate in requirements and functional specification walkthroughs. Support SIT/UAT activities and other project implementation requirements. Review and provide inputs on Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Structured Requirements (SR). Help assess project scope, resources, timelines, and enhancement priorities. Monitor and maintain system requests and project-related documentation. Assist in functional specification development and third-party coordination. Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization. Support the development and updating of policies, procedures, and process documentation. Facilitate or participate in process improvement workshops and working sessions. Support change management and implementation activities. Maintain business process documentation and inventories. Help monitor process improvement initiatives through appropriate metrics and reports. Work with different teams to promote continuous improvement and adoption of improved processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, IT project guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, or IT projects is an advantage. Familiarity with SDLC, SIT, and UAT.Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Comfortable working with both business and technical teams. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. Willing to work onsite in Makati City on a regular day shift. Why Join Us?
