About the role
What you'll be doing: Provides technical and functional support in the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise systems and digital solutions. The role supports project execution, business process improvement, vendor coordination, system configuration, and compliance activities, ensuring that solutions align with institutional requirements, security standards, and operational objectives. Five (5) years of relevant IT work experience. (IT consulting, digital transformation, technology delivery and client servicing)
Sound knowledge in IT operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud, AI, automation, and/or data is preferred. Knowledge on principles of project management, system development life cycle, as well as systems development techniques and methodologies (e.g. RAD, prototyping, Agile, waterfall). Why Join Us?
