The Qualifications We Seek

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field
• More than 5 to 6 years of relevant commercial experience in software development or a related technical discipline
• Experience progressing from software development into system design, application architecture, or solution architecture
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex software solutions

Strong understanding of modern software engineering methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Design Thinking, and UXExperience creating user stories, contributing to project backlogs, and participating in software development planning

Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills

Must-Have Technical Skills

• More than 5 to 6 years of commercial experience in software development, systems development, application development, or a related IT role
• Proven experience in software/application architecture, system design, or solution design
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel MVC Framework
• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, and/or Type

Script

• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services
• Practical experience with relational databases, including MySQL and/or Postgre
• SQLExperience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Linux-based application environments
• Practical knowledge of unit testing and software quality practices
• Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments
