The HR Manager will oversee core HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to balance operational HR responsibilities with strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Employee Engagement: Implement programs to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
- Performance Management: Oversee appraisal systems and support employee development.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Collaboration: Partner with department heads to address HR needs and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years HR managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, preferably within the logistics or cold chain sector
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems is an advantage.
