The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 2 years of full-time SEO content writing experience
• Excellent English writing, grammar, and research skills
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and search intent
• Ability to write effectively for different brands, industries, and target audiences
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply editorial feedback consistently
• Experience in HOA management or property management content writing is highly preferred but not required

Your Daily Tasks

• Write SEO-optimized blogs, web pages, and other assigned content
• Produce original, human-written articles without AI-generated content
• Follow content briefs, target keywords, and brand guidelines
• Research topics using credible and authoritative sources
• Align content with the intended audience and search intent
• Incorporate keywords naturally and create clear headings and calls to action
• Add metadata and relevant links when required
• Revise content based on editorial feedback
• Complete assignments on time and communicate potential delays proactively
