Product Specialist

The Product Specialist is part of the global Product team and helps ensure business applications work effectively for users. You will work closely with Product Managers, IT, developers, and business teams to test new features, support applications, resolve issues, and deliver improvements. The role provides hands-on experience across UAT, application support, product operations, project coordination, and digital tools. You will have the opportunity to work on platforms, participate in new enhancements and releases, and learn how technology solutions are designed and delivered. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to take on more responsibility, support larger initiatives, and contribute ideas that improve user experience, business processes, and application efficiency. You will also work with colleagues across the globe, providing valuable global exposure and opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute UAT, including test cases, defect tracking, and validating fixes
• Work with IT and Product teams on application enhancements and issues
• Provide application support and help troubleshoot user issues
• Maintain user guides, test documentation, and training materials
• Support small projects and change requests from planning through implementation
• Communicate new features and monthly releases to users and stakeholders
• Identify risks and issues and escalate when needed
• Assist with user training and client demonstrations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in UAT, application support, business analysis, project coordination, or product support
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power
