Tech Support Analyst (Healthcare Account)

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and application issues. Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels. Document issues, resolutions, and support activities accurately. Escalate complex technical concerns when necessary. Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with healthcare processes and policies. Job

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support, Service Desk, IT Helpdesk, or Desktop Support

Must have healthcare account experience (Healthcare BPO, Healthcare IT, Medical Claims, Provider Services, etc.)Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic networking issues

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite if required
