HR Officer

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR recommendations and solutions. Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding. Assist in implementing HR programs such as talent development, succession planning, and competency enhancement. Guide managers on employee relations concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company policies. Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving team performance and employee experience. Collaborate with HR teams (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training) to deliver integrated HR support to assigned business units. Facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture. Support organizational changes, including restructuring, process improvements, and talent movements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Participate in HR projects and initiatives that strengthen people operations and business

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, or HR Generalist roles. Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law, and people management principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. Willing to do business trips
