The Role

As a Virtual Assistant / Operations Associate, you help keep the organization running smoothly by supporting teams, managing tasks, and organizing projects and processes.

What you’ll be doing

• Executive Support: Keep executives organized by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, booking travel, handling confidential correspondence, and anticipating needs to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Recruiting & HR Support: Assist with the full hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and supporting hiring managers. Help HR with onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, employee inquiries, and engagement or professional development programs.
• Event Planning: Plan and execute team-building experiences—from large events like the mega retreat to smaller happy hours—for employees and clients, while supporting ongoing engagement and development programs.
• Asset Management: Research, distribute, and manage company equipment and swag.
