About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Project Planner to support a New Zealand-based company by handling various business-related tasks. In this role, you will be an integral part of the project controls team, assisting senior team members in the development, monitoring, and maintenance of project

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field2-5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling

Familiarity with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

Demonstrated experience in quantity surveying, including cost estimation, budget control, progress claims, and commercial reporting within project or construction environments. Experience with project budgeting and cost tracking

  • Experience working on construction projects of various sizes and complexity
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
