What You’ll Do

Lead enterprise PMO and project governance by establishing project management standards, frameworks, templates, and reporting mechanisms across strategic initiatives. Monitor strategic project and program execution, tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, resources, and overall portfolio health. Drive process improvement, transformation, and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and data-driven decision-making. Facilitate cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment among business units, project owners, and corporate priorities. Monitor project benefits realization and strategic impact, identifying corrective actions for delayed, underperforming, or off-track initiatives. Develop management reports, dashboards, and presentations on portfolio performance, key milestones, risks, issues, resource requirements, and strategic outcomes; support annual and strategic planning activities. Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and post-project reviews to ensure successful adoption, capture lessons learned, and strengthen continuous improvement and project governance. What Makes You A Great FitBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in PMO, project management, business transformation, process improvement, or related functions. Experience managing cross-functional projects from planning and implementation through post-project monitoring. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, performance tracking, and stakeholder management. Experience in process mapping, workflow improvement, automation, or digital transformation is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and project management or reporting tools; PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification is an advantage.
