Human Resources Specialist

Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities)

HR generalist will assist in broad spectrum of HR works to contribute to business success including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefit, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, culture building and talent management.

Job Description

• Assists in recruitment effort in order to meet resource needs of the business in accordance with the competency and qualification standards
• Assist in employee’s on-boarding and transition into the organization.
• Assist in driving a robust Performance Management process including performance appraisal, coaching, feedback and performance improvement plan.
• Generates regular reports such as on resource management, organization structure and list and others.
• Provides support in Employee Survey, Exit Interview and other employee relations activities;
• Ensures compliance with employment legislation and company regulations.
• Any other HR projects as needed.

Qualification: (Work Experience, Years of experience, Communication Skills, Technical Skills)

• Bachelor Degree in any disciplines are welcomed.
• With atleast 3-4 years related experiences
• Passionate in interacting with all level of people and drive insights from interactions to turn into meaningful action plan.
• Good command in English and Tagalog. Preferably Mandarin Speaker;
• Meticulous, analytical, has passion to develop career in a fast moving, dynamic telecommunications industry;
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
• Resilient, flexible and willing to learn.
• Good with data analytic
• Must be willing to work fully onsite in BGC, Taguig, M-F
