Offshore - IT Project Manager | Hybrid Set-up

We are seeking an experienced Offshore IT Project Manager to join Teleperformance in Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility in how you structure your working week between our office (any site) and remote locations. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that align with our strategic business objectives. This position is critical to ensuring that our IT initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and offshore resources to drive project success and continuous improvement across our technology portfolio. Key responsibilities

• Planning and defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and business leaders
• Managing project budgets, resources, and

schedule

• s to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints
• Coordinating with offshore development teams, QA teams, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Conducting regular status meetings, progress reports, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and alignment
• Monitoring project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices in project management
• Facilitating knowledge sharing and lessons learned sessions to support continuous process improvement
• Managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers as required by project deliverables
• What we're looking for5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience managing offshore or distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and technology infrastructure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
