Sales Officer

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover the North Luzon territory, specifically centered around Ilocos and Isabela. In this position, you will be responsible for driving market expansion, securing new business, and managing client relationships across the assigned region. A company car will be provided to support extensive field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through active market research, client visits, and local networking across North Luzon
• Generate and convert leads into active accounts through persuasive selling strategies and value-based presentations; oversee client onboarding
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume targets and performance KPIs through account acquisition and retention
• Maintain regular contact with clients, deliver technical product information, address client needs, and drive repeat business
• Scout business opportunities in untapped industries, geographic pockets, or product segments while tracking competitor movement and market trends

Submit accurate sales updates and market feedback to the Assistant Supervisor; collaborate with Technical, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution

About you

• Proven sales background, preferably in Automotive, Tires, Lubricants, Industrial, or related technical industries
• Based in or willing to cover Ilocos, Isabela, or adjacent North Luzon territories
• Willingness to perform extensive field work and travel regularly within the assigned region
• Valid driver's license (capable of operating a company-provided vehicle)
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
