Respond to support request and provide IT technical assistant to company employees related to the IT systems. Identify and oversee user needs. Identify and oversee company needs in enhancing IT system’s performance, security, and reliability. Conduct regular backup of servers, computers, and other IT systems. Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving with the company’s IT infrastructure, vendors, 3rd party contractors and other support personnel and/or organizations. Stays current with technological developments in the information technology. Recommend solution and method that would be beneficial to company’s business operations.
