JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversees the daily Accounts Receivable and Treasury operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Monitors receivables, collections, bank transactions, cash flow, and fund management to maintain healthy financial operations.
• Prepares and reviews aging reports, cash position reports, bank reconciliations, and other treasury-related financial reports.
• Ensures timely billing, collection follow-ups, deposits, and proper documentation of all receivable and treasury transactions.
• Reviews and validates payment

• Assists in budgeting, forecasting, audit requirements, and month-end/year-end financial closing activities related to receivables and treasury functions.
• Ensures compliance with financial reporting standards, statutory requirements, and internal control procedures.
• Provides guidance, training, and supervision to team members to ensure efficiency and achievement of departmental goals.
• Coordinates with internal departments, clients, and banking partners regarding receivable accounts and treasury concerns.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the Financial Controller from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, or related accounting functions, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
• CPA License is not required but is an advantage
• With strong knowledge in cash flow management, receivables monitoring, reconciliation, and financial controls
• Excellent financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
• Can start immediately
