Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our growing team at MUVE Logistics Support Services'. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights to support the continuous improvement of our logistics operations. Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team and contribute to the strategic objectives of our organisation. What you'll be doing1. Data Analysis & Insights Generation Data Breakdown: Analyze internal data tracking systems to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, with a specific focus on isolating high-volume and high-spend geographic locations or business units. External Data Integration: Source, clean, and merge external data sets with internal company data to perform comprehensive, multi-dimensional analyses for leadership review. Ad-Hoc Reporting: Partner closely with team leaders (including the core management team) to execute targeted data deep-dives that support immediate business decisions. 2. Dashboard Development & Visualization Power BI Management: Design, build, and maintain robust, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to present data in a clear, visually compelling manner. Data Modeling: Establish structured data models within Power BI to ensure accurate reporting and seamless user experience for stakeholders. 3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Shared Services Support: Serve as a centralized data resource, executing similar analytical workflows, report building, and data visualizations for other departments across the company. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to understand their unique data needs and translate them into functional technical reports.

What we're looking for

Experience & Education Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, or similar data-driven role. Education: Bachelor’s degree Technical Skills Business Intelligence: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and data modeling) is a strict requirement. Data Manipulation: Strong skills in SQL, Excel, or similar tools for data cleaning, preparation, and analysis. Data Enrichment: Proven experience combining disparate internal data systems with external market or third-party data sets. Soft Skills Analytical Mindset: Ability to drill down into dense data and emerge with high-level, easily digestible insights. Communication: Strong ability to translate technical data findings into clear business insights for leadership and non-technical teams. Prioritization: Comfort working in a shared-services capacity, managing multiple analysis requests from different departments simultaneously.
