About the Role

Up

Source is looking for an experienced Australian Bookkeeper to join our team and support the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting needs of an Australian client.

This role is ideal for someone with solid bookkeeping experience, strong exposure to Australian clients, and hands-on experience with Xero, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform accurate data entry
• Prepare and process client invoicing
• Conduct daily bank and credit card reconciliations using Xero
• Support senior accounting staff with day-to-day accounting tasks
• Run and prepare reports using various software platforms
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Australian clients
• Accounting degree is essential
• Previous experience supporting Australian clients
• Hands-on experience with Xero
• Strong experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and genuinely interested in a long-term opportunity

Salary & Benefits

PHP 55,000–65,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
