Full job description

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business growth. The role manages various digital platforms and campaigns, analyzes performance data, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures that digital activities are aligned with the company’s overall marketing objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email, and other online platforms.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, community engagement, and coordination of campaign materials.
• Work closely with the Brand, Creative, and Marketing teams in developing digital content and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, agencies, influencers, and other external partners for campaign requirements.
• Assist in developing digital media plans to increase brand visibility, engagement, website traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using platform analytics and other reporting tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering reach, impressions, engagement, traffic, conversions, and other relevant digital marketing KPIs.
• Recommend improvements and optimization strategies based on campaign performance and consumer behavior.
• Monitor online trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and emerging digital platforms that may benefit the brand.
• Support paid digital advertising campaigns, including Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate website updates, online promotions, product information, and digital campaign landing pages when applicable.
• Ensure that all digital marketing materials follow established brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Assist in implementing influencer, KOL, partnership, and online promotional activities.
• Manage customer comments, inquiries, and online engagement in coordination with relevant departments when necessary.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure that digital marketing activities are implemented within approved spending.
• Perform other marketing-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a related role.
• Experience in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of content planning, social media management, digital advertising, and campaign performance analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills when working with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
• Willing to work onsite in Marikina Heights.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
