Sales Support Associate

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end sales process from generating quotes to securing Purchase Orders (POs). Communicate effectively via email, video calls, and chat with both internal US sales teams and international clients across Asia, Europe, and the US.Maintain strong client relationships through timely and strategic follow-ups to drive business forward. Continuously evaluate workflows and propose strategic improvements to enhance efficiency. What you will bring in: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Ideally with 1-2 years relevant experience as a Sales Support/Admin (above scope)

Experience from Supply Chain/Logistics/Tech Industries (or B2B sales environment) will be an advantage! Experienced in MS Teams and Outlook and Google Workspace

Proficient in MS Excel – basic functions like computations (add, minus, multiply, divide) and using filters are okay. Advantage if you know how to use Formulas and Pivot Tables
