About the role
We're looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Tech Kids PH Trading Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall sales success of the company. What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients
- Managing and growing relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Providing regular sales updates and forecasting to management
- Continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes and performance
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Account & Relationship Management sub-industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals
- Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using sales-related tools and technologies
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
