About the role

Responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, programming, distribution, and performance of the Entertainment Business Unit's digital content portfolio across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

Lead the overall digital content and programming strategy aligned with the Entertainment Business Unit's objectives, audience needs, and Company direction. Oversee the ideation, development, production, and delivery of original, digital-first, repurposed, and multi-platform entertainment content. Identify emerging digital trends, formats, talent, partnerships, and content opportunities to strengthen the Entertainment portfolio. Develop and execute the digital programming calendar, content lineup, scheduling, and platform-specific programming strategies. Ensure effective distribution and packaging of content across relevant digital platforms to maximize reach, discoverability, and consumption. Ensure appropriate content rights, clearances, contractual requirements, and compliance with Company and platform policies. Develop initiatives to increase digital reach, viewership, engagement, audience retention, and community growth. Establish and track KPIs and analyze audience and platform data to assess content and programming effectiveness. Identify opportunities to generate revenue through digital content, sponsorships, branded content, and other commercial initiatives. Build relationships with platforms, producers, creators, talent, agencies, and other external partners to support content and business objectives.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Broadcast Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, Entertainment Management, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital content, programming, entertainment, broadcasting, media, production, or related fields. Leadership or Managerial capacity overseeing digital content, programming, production, or related functions. Strategic Thinking & Planning
