About the role

The Project Manager – Client Management is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Client Management department, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time while providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. This role serves as the primary operational leader and escalation point for Client Management, partnering closely with regional stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, continuous improvement, and successful project execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They are an exceptional communicator, agile problem solver, and collaborative leader with a strong passion for developing teams, improving processes, and driving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Project Delivery

  • Lead the overall operations of the Client Management function, ensuring projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and within committed service levels.
  • Oversee project intake, prioritization, resource planning, workload balancing, and execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery performance, proactively resolving issues that may impact timelines or quality.
  • Define project objectives, scope, priorities, and success measures aligned with business and client expectations.
  • Provide regular operational reporting on project health, KPIs, risks, and delivery performance to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive operational readiness during periods of business growth, organizational change, and peak demand. Stakeholder Management & Client Partnership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for all Client Management operational matters.
  • Build trusted partnerships with regional stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate project reviews, operational discussions, and business updates while ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations, and delivery commitments.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and resolutions with clarity and professionalism. Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive performance management through coaching, regular feedback, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a positive, high-performing work environment. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, quality, and stakeholder experience.
  • Develop, standardize, and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, process maps, templates, project documentation, and governance frameworks.
  • Establish best practices, project standards, reporting structures, and operational controls that support sustainable growth.
  • Utilize data, performance metrics, and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Scheduling, Operations, Administration, and other support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and alignment across departments.
  • Support organizational initiatives, strategic projects, and business transformation efforts as required. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, including at least 3 years managing leaders or operational teams in a fast-paced service, operations, or project management environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and operational teams with multiple competing priorities.
  • Proven success in stakeholder management, executive communication, and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Experience driving operational improvements, process standardization, and organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, scope management, resource allocation, risk management, and execution.
  • Experience using project tracking and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent certifications are an advantage but not required.
