About the role

We're seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Power BI Developer to join our Corporate Strategy Market Research team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-impact Power BI dashboards and data models that translate complex customer and business data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, including senior leadership. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has deep expertise in Power BI and DAX, and maintains a high standard of quality and accuracy in reporting deliverables. They will partner closely with internal stakeholders and teams to support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models for customer insights

Develop and optimize complex DAX measures and calculations to support advanced analytics and reporting

Partner with Strategy Market Research stakeholders to translate business requirements, metrics, KPIs, and analyses into scalable, well-structured Power BI solutions

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree holder.4+ years of experience developing solutions in Power BIStrong expertise in DAX, including complex measures, time intelligence, and optimization

  • Experience building robust data models and working with large or complex datasets
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience partnering directly with business or insights stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written skills in English

Must be willing to work on UK/US schedule (roughly 4pm to 12pm PHT)Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting customer insights, market research, or analytics teams

  • Familiarity with SQL and data transformations (e.g., Power Query / M)Experience working with survey or research data
  • Experience designing dashboards for executive audiences
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices for BI environments
