It is not required, but we'd like you to have: Experience to other programming languages (e.g. Java, C++, c#, C) Experience in version control software (e.g. Git, Perforce, SVN) Familiarity with automated testing, unit testing, or Test-Driven Development (TDD) Experience on batch, shell, or scripting languages Understanding of software design principles Understanding of code readability and maintainability practices Additional considerations: Interest in software performance and optimization Interest in learning new technologies and frameworks Willingness to work with and maintain existing codebases Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to research and understand technical specifications and documentation Adaptability and willingness to work across different development environments and operating systems What you’ll do: The role includes applying theoretical knowledge to real-world projects and systems. Development in managing time, meeting deadlines, and executing tasks within established project frameworks. Exposure to managing small tasks within projects and assisting in planning and execution under supervision. Opportunities to learn and develop project management skills as part of a structured growth plan Begin to develop basic customer relations skills by observing and interacting with internal and external stakeholders under guidance.
