Online Trainer (Part Time) | Iloilo Based

We are looking for a tech-savvy and engaging Online Trainer to join our team for a 2-month seasonal engagement. In this remote role, you will lead hands-on learning sessions that empower professionals from different industries to integrate generative AI safely, ethically, and effectively into their daily routines. Training materials and facilitator guides are fully provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, online sessions focused on applying artificial intelligence directly to corporate and professional workflows
• Lead live tool demonstrations, guide participants through practical activities, and assist with real-time technical troubleshooting
• Emphasize data privacy compliance, ethical considerations, and best practices when utilizing digital tools
• Provide input to help update, refresh, and optimize existing curriculum materials and exercise guides
• Partner with our core instructional leads to ensure all class content meets organizational standards and regulatory guidelines
• Cultivate an inviting virtual learning space, answer participant inquiries, monitor individual progress, and provide constructive feedback
• Keep complete, timely records of learner attendance, assignment submissions, and overall progress
• Build practical exercise scenarios, practice prompts, and quizzes that reinforce learning outcomes
• Stay informed on emerging trends, new applications, and best practices in artificial intelligence and workplace productivity
• Perform other training-related and administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or coaching
• Experience applying AI and Generative AI tools (such as Chat

GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot) in workplace settings—both to optimize personal daily tasks and to streamline broader business operations

• Must have a reliable personal computer/laptop, high-speed internet, a webcam, and a clear audio headset to lead uninterrupted online training sessions
• Strong familiarity with standard office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication skills (English and Filipino) with a knack to simplify technical ideas for non-technical learners
• Ability to complete a 2-month seasonal contract
• Continuous availability for a fixed block of at least 4 consecutive hours per day
• Prior experience in Education, BPO, IT, or digital-enabled services is preferred.
