Sales Representative (ILOCOS)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates welcome, but preferrably a college graduate.
• At least 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
• Professional Driver’s License (Restrictions A, A1, B, B1, B2)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed sales quotas
• Collect and Remit payments on time
• Client Responsibilities
• Find leads and identify potential clients
• Have extensive knowledge on company products in order to present to potential clients and close sales.
• Increase customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat purchases
• Conduct promotions and marketing activities such as but not limited to
• Postering
• Booth sampling activities in-store
• Conducting of Seminars
• Conversion through marketing events
• Documentation Responsibilities
• Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer information
• Submit the required reports and documentation
• Inventory Management Responsibilities
• Maintain and be accountable for ample stock inventory
• Collaboration Responsibilities
• Work with internal departments (ie. account coordinators, accounting, warehouse)
• Collaborate efficiently with colleagues on the sales team
• Ensure that company policies are upheld

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Working experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset that leads to a commitment to achieve sales quotas
• Results-driven and proactive attitude shown through a strong sense of resilience and ability to adapt to challenges.
