About the role
An experienced Assistant HR Manager role handling both internal HR management and HR consulting/advisory work for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage key internal HR initiatives and programs
- Provide HR consulting and advisory support to clients
- Develop and review HR policies, employee handbooks, and HR documents
- Conduct HR audits, compliance reviews, and salary benchmarking
- Support clients on employee relations, compensation, performance management, and organizational development
- Supervise and provide guidance to HR team members
- Maintain good client relationships and ensure timely delivery of HR services
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5–10 years of solid HR experience covering various HR functions
- Strong experience in Organization Development (OD), Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HR Policy Development
- Good knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR compliance
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and people management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power
Point
- Experience in HR consulting, advisory, or client-facing roles is an advantage
- Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation structure is preferred
