Role Description The Human Resources Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role is responsible for supporting the full range of HR operations, including administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR procedures. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment activities, preparing and updating job description s, and assisting with onboarding and orientation. The Human Resources Officer will also help ensure compliance with labor regulations, support performance management processes, and collaborate with managers to address HR-related concerns. This role works closely with employees and leadership to promote a positive, fair, and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation in compliance with relevant labor laws.
  • Experience in Employee Relations, including handling concerns, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ability to create, review, and maintain accurate and clear Job Description Development documents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR information systems or HRIS tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and basic payroll or benefits coordination is beneficial.
