UI/UX Product Designer

We are hiring a _UI/UX Product Designer_ with strong product thinking, not just visual design skills to focus on designing thoughtful, scalable, and user-centered digital product experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What You Will Own

• End to end UI/UX design for web and mobile products.
• User flows, interaction patterns, wireframes and UI design.
• Product usability, UX clarity, and design consistency across platforms.
• Translating business and product requirements into effective product experiences.
• Simplifying complex workflows through strong UX thinking and product logic.
• Working closely with product, BA, IT, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensuring consistency through design systems and scalable UI patterns

What We Expect

• 3+ years of UI/UX or digital product design experience.
• Strong understanding of decision making UX principles, interaction design, information hierarchy and product thinking.
• Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and improve usability.
• Good visual design sense with strong attention to spacing, hierarchy, and consistency.
• Proficient in Figma and modern UI/UX design workflows.
• Able to explain: _why this flow works, why alternatives were rejected.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines.
• Takes ownership of product quality and user experience outcomes.
• Strong command of English is required, Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast moving environment.
• Strong interest in sports, sports products, or sports related platforms.
• Experience designing digital products and interactive digital services is highly regarded.
