About the role
Core Leadership Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, treatment mapping, and patient profiling in the Camarin clinic.
- Supervise, mentor, and foster accountability within a skilled team of renal nurses and technicians.
- Minimum of 1+ years dialysis nursing experience required.
- At least 6 months of nursing management or supervisory experience required.
- Ensure ironclad clinical compliance with DOH, PhilHealth, and strict infection control guidelines.
- Manage clinic logistics, including water treatment systems monitoring and inventory control.
- Minimum of 2-3 years nursing experience required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
