Real Estate VA - Australian Property Management BDM Assistant | WFH

We are looking for a Property Management Assistant to support a Business Development Manager (BDM) for an Australian property management business. The role will involve assisting with administration, compliance, documentation, and property onboarding tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Business Development Manager
• Preparing and following up on management documentation through Inspection Express
• Completing accurate data entry and updates in Property Tree
• Assisting with property onboarding and ensuring required documentation is collected
• Following up on documents such as proof of ownership, warranties, certificates of occupancy, and other required property documentation
• Coordinating bookings for property safety and compliance checks
• Assisting with Victorian rental property safety compliance and Rental Minimum Standards

Setting up LLD insurance and following up on related

requirements

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring outstanding items are followed up promptly
• Providing general administrative support as required

About you

• Previous experience in Australian property management or real estate
• Strong understanding of Victorian rental property compliance and Minimum Standards

Experience with Property Tree

• Experience with Inspection Express is highly desirable
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage follow-ups and multiple tasks independently
• Reliable internet and a suitable work-from-home environment
