What You’ll Do

Lead and Inspire the Team

Supervise and coach Junior Trade Marketing Specialists to ensure excellent execution in their assigned areas. Set objectives and monitor team performance. Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture. Drive Trade Marketing Excellence

Plan and oversee in-store promotions, displays, sampling activities, and special events. Ensure merchandising standards are consistently applied for maximum product visibility. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align trade activities with brand goals. Optimize Operations

Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficient execution. Monitor campaign progress, gather market insights, and recommend improvements. Support product launches and promotional rollouts across multiple regions.🔑 What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related course. Experience in trade marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and planning. Willingness to travel for fieldwork and events.🌟
