Roles and Responsibilities

The Blog & Content Writer Intern will be the voice of Zend

Ease Philippines, creating engaging content that connects with our local audience while clearly explaining our platform's capabilities. In this role, you will write compelling blog posts for the Philippine team and create clear, impactful copy for our website and platform. Crucially, your work will serve a dual purpose: engaging our users today, and building a highly structured content repository to power our future AI initiatives. By cleanly documenting our brand voice, local team updates, and platform features, you will directly help train our internal AI systems to generate accurate, context-aware content and support responses.

Key responsibilities

• Create Localized Blog Content: Draft engaging, well-researched blog posts tailored for the Philippine market, highlighting Zend

Ease's company culture, tech updates, and community milestones.

• Write Platform & Website Copy: Author and refine user-facing text, feature descriptions, landing page content, and wikis for the Zend

Ease website and platform to ensure clarity and a seamless user experience.

• Structure for AI & SEO: Organize and format all written content logically using clear headings and structures, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and perfectly formatted for ingestion by our AI models.
• Maintain the Content Repository: Keep an organized internal archive of all published pieces, product descriptions, and localized brand guidelines to serve as an accurate reference database.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Review and edit content to ensure the Zend

Ease tone of voice remains consistent, accurate, and professional across all channels.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent Written Communicatio n: Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to explain platform features in a relatable, conversational way.
• Attention to Structure & Detail: A strong knack for organizing information clearly and formatting documents cleanly (crucial for AI data readiness).
• Curiosity & Adaptability: Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of the Zend

Ease platform, basic SEO and GEO principles, and AI-driven content standards.
