About the role
Responsibilities: Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. Directing system testing and validation procedures. Directing software programming and documentation development. Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree. Knowledge of the software development life-cycle. The desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications. Creativity is always a plus. Experience with some of these components in Genesys Pure

Queue functionality
Genesys Handlers
Integration with Salesforce Object Routing
- C,SIP,SWL, DotNet with knowledge of SOAP and Icelib
- SOAP, RESTful API’s, JSON, WSDL or similar technologies
- ICCE or similar certification will give you an advantage
- Also desirable is experience and working knowledge with AWS.Work from home
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 8:30 am to 6:30 pmFriday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
