About the role
WE ARE RAMPING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!Available Locations: Taguig, Ortigas, Cavite, Quezon City
Set Up: ONSITEHandle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account concerns. Qualifications
- HS Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
- College Graduate with no BPO experience
- Willing to work onsite
- Must be willing to work on a voice account
