Clinical Application Specialist – Hemodialysis / Renal Care

About the Role

Biosite Medical Instruments, Inc. is looking for a qualified and service-oriented Clinical Application Specialist to support our hemodialysis and renal care solutions in Davao City and nearby areas. This role is ideal for a healthcare or technical professional with knowledge or experience in dialysis center operations, hemodialysis procedures, renal care, medical devices, or hospital equipment support. The successful candidate will provide clinical application assistance, product training, and after-sales support to dialysis centers, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and other clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and clinical application presentations for hemodialysis and renal care products. Provide user training and hands-on guidance to nurses, dialysis personnel, and other healthcare professionals. Assist clients in the proper operation, handling, and application of dialysis machines and related medical devices. Provide on-site clinical and technical support during product installation, evaluation, and utilization. Respond to product-related concerns and perform initial troubleshooting within the role’s authorized scope. Coordinate equipment servicing and preventive maintenance requirements with the Technical Services Team. Support product trials, client engagements, and other pre-sales and after-sales activities. Maintain accurate training, demonstration, client-support, and product-monitoring records. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with dialysis centers, hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare partners. Coordinate closely with the Sales, Product Management, and Technical Services Teams to ensure timely and effective client support.

Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing; a Registered Nurse is highly preferred. Experience in any of the following is an advantage: Hemodialysis or renal care

• Dialysis center or hospital operations
• Dialysis machines and related equipment
• Clinical application or product training
• Medical devices or hospital equipment support

Strong communication, presentation, and client-service skills. Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Comfortable interacting with nurses, physicians, dialysis personnel, and other healthcare professionals. Willing to be assigned in Davao City and travel to nearby areas as operationally required.
