HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team at SUPER CANDY CORPORATION. This is a full-time position based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organisation's people strategy and ensuring that our workforce remains engaged, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives. This position is fundamental to maintaining a positive workplace culture whilst managing the full spectrum of human resources functions across the organisation. What you'll be doing

• Managing the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programmes that comply with local labour laws and regulations
• Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
• Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression
• Processing payroll information, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate personnel records
• Assisting with workforce planning and talent management strategies to support business growth
• Conducting HR compliance audits and ensuring adherence to statutory

requirements

• Serving as a point of contact for employee queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Collaborating with line managers to identify talent needs and support team development
• Contributing to workplace initiatives that promote employee engagement and organisational culture
• What we're looking forA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or equivalent HR function
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, regulations, and compliance

• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with sound judgment and discretion
• Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee welfare programmes
• Preferred: Professional HR certification such as CHRP or equivalent qualification
