Technical Project Manager

In this role, you'll guide cross-functional teams in delivering important IT initiatives while supporting innovation and operational excellence. You'll manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Working in an agile environment, you'll facilitate effective communication, address challenges, and promote continuous improvement practices. Key responsibilities

• Guide cross-functional teams in delivering important IT initiatives
• Manage complex projects from inception to completion
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
• Facilitate effective communication in an agile environment
• Address challenges and promote continuous improvement practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed

About you

• Advanced Degree with no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in IT project management or similar role
• Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe preferred
• Strong expertise in Planview Tools EPPM & PPM PROKnowledge in basic programming is required
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Planview)
• Experience with enterprise software implementation and system integration projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
