About the role

This role supports the HR department across recruitment, employee administration, timekeeping, compensation, employee relations, compliance, training, and reporting functions. The position involves assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, maintaining employee records, processing leave and attendance requests, handling employee concerns, ensuring HR policy compliance, coordinating training activities, and preparing HR reports.

Key responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and process pre-employment requirements. Assist in onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees. Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and manpower status. Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records. Prepare employment-related documents, certificates, notices, and HR forms. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information. Monitor completeness of employee documentation. Monitor attendance, tardiness, undertime, absences, overtime, and other timekeeping concerns. Review and process leave, overtime, schedule changes, and other HRIS requests. Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance and timekeeping discrepancies. Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee attendance data. Assist employees with concerns regarding salary, benefits, government contributions, and other compensation-related matters.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferably 2–4 years of relevant HR experience. Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and statutory government requirements. Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and preferably familiar with HRIS.Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Can start immediately and is willing to work in Taguig City
