Creatives Art Officer

We are looking for a Creatives Art Officer who brings strong artistic sensibility, conceptual thinking, and design versatility to our creative team. The role will develop visual concepts and creative executions across Newport World Resorts’ diverse lifestyle, gaming, entertainment, and internal requirements.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop original creative concepts and visual layouts from scratch based on briefs and campaign objectives. Create compelling designs for lifestyle, gaming, entertainment, events, promotions, and internal communications. Adapt to different design aesthetics, audiences, and brand requirements. Translate ideas into strong visual narratives through composition, typography, color, imagery, and layout. Present and substantiate creative concepts, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns. Prepare production-ready artwork across digital, print, social, and other platforms. Explore and utilize AI and emerging creative tools to enhance ideation and creative execution. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or background in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Fine Arts students/graduates are preferred. Strong foundation in art and design principles, composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling. Ability to conceptualize and execute original designs from the ground up. Demonstrated flexibility across different creative styles and aesthetics. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend creative concepts. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus. Illustration skills and photography experience are strong advantages. Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual, artistic, and design capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with different teams.
