About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources Department. The role will primarily focus on HR administration, employee records, timekeeping, benefits, employee engagement, and compliance, while providing assistance on various employee-related concerns. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, discreet in handling confidential information, and able to work effectively with employees and different departments.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employees’ 201 files and HR records, ensuring that documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed. Prepare and process HR-related documents, forms, certifications, memos, and correspondence. Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, undertime, overtime, and other timekeeping concerns. Assist in the administration and coordination of employee benefits, including government-mandated benefits and company-provided benefits. Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns and coordinate with the appropriate departments when necessary. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company rules. Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor and employment requirements. Prepare regular HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases and records. Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and clearance requirements. Coordinate employee orientation, HR announcements, and other employee-related activities. Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement activities, company events, and HR programs. Support performance management and other employee development initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of employee information and HR documents. Perform other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Operations or Generalist functions. Knowledge of HR administration, employee records, timekeeping, benefits, and labor standards is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments. Willing to work on-site in Ortigas,Pasig City
