HR Associate - Employee Engagment

As an HR Associate - Employee Engagement & Relations, you are responsible for planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, supporting employee-relations matter, and administering tardiness-related disciplinary notices to contribute to a fair, respectful, and engaging workplace. Other requirements include the following: Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, including organizational, departmental, team-based, and employee initiated activities. Conduct exit interviews and consolidate employee feedback to identify recurring themes, potential risks, and opportunities to improve employee experience and retention. Ensure employee discipline cases are administered fairly, consistently, and in accordance with company policies, labor requirements, and due process standards.To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Engagement. Experience in handling employee documentation, case administration, employee activities, or HR coordination is an advantage.
