About Us

Leapfroggr builds Serious

MD (EMR for doctors) and NowServing (healthcare marketplace for patients). Our products handle real medical workflows — scheduling, records, patient communication, payments. Design decisions here have consequences.

You'll have mentorship and support, but also real responsibility from week one.

What You'll Actually Do

• Design UI/UX for web, iOS, and Android. You'll work across platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate closely with our Design Lead to develop your craft.
• Work with engineers to ship your designs and learn what survives implementation.
• Participate in user research. Watch real doctors and patients use your work.
• Contribute to our design system and learn how scalable design works.

• A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work. Process work and case studies are welcome — we want to see how you think, not just final screens. Include a link when you apply.
• 2-4 years of experience designing digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools).
• Understanding of both UX fundamentals (wireframing, prototyping, user flows) and UI craft (layout, typography, visual hierarchy).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS — enough to design things that can be built.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Self-directed and reliable — you meet deadlines and communicate when you can't.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Interest in healthcare is a plus — experience not required, curiosity is.
