Multi-Channel Candidate Sourcing

Actively source and screen qualified candidates utilizing online job portals, social media groups, and internal employee referrals. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local government networks like the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), barangay centers, and local vocational schools to source skilled labor for localized construction projects. Interviewing & Selection

Conduct thorough initial interviews to assess candidates' technical competencies, safety awareness, certifications, and availability for project durations. Present shortlisted profiles to hiring managers and coordinate technical evaluations and final interviews. Manage high-volume recruitment drives or local hiring events near project sites when immediate ramp-ups are required. Background Verification & Compliance

Perform meticulous reference checks and employment background verifications for shortlisted candidates to ensure site safety and credibility. Coordinate the collection of pre-employment requirements, project contracts, and check necessary government clearances or trade certifications.
