As a Quality Assurance Associate based in Centris, Quezon City you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality standards of Alorica Teleservices, Inc.'s manufacturing and logistics operations. This full-time position will see you working within the company's quality assurance and control department, dedicated to upholding excellence across all areas of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting thorough quality inspections and assessments of products, processes and services to identify and resolve any issues
• Analyzing data, generating reports and proposing corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support quality management
• Providing training and guidance to other team members on quality best practices
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards

About you

• Minimum 6 months experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics sectors
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good working knowledge of quality management principles and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Operations Management or Quality Assurance
