About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Build Department and take the lead in managing projects from planning through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered according to the approved design, timeline, budget, quality standards, and client requirements.

The role involves close coordination with our Design and Build teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients, while providing direction to the project team and proactively addressing project concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project

• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with the Design Team, Build Team, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Translate design concepts and client requirements into actionable project plans.
• Ensure proper execution of approved designs and technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and potential risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and applicable Philippine building standards.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and file/version control.
• Conduct regular project progress reviews and provide updates to management and clients.
• Provide direction and support to project team members.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and assist in their professional development.
• Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution to keep projects moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering
• PRC License is required.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in the design and build, construction, or interior design industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate and address project concerns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) – Intermediate
