HR Managerto lead HR business partnering, employee engagement, and people operations across our global delivery operations in the Philippines. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture within a fast-paced BPO/shared services environment.

What You'll Do
- 👥 Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness
- 📋 Lead end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR governance
- ⚖️ Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and internal controls
- 🤝 Manage complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and disciplinary processes
- 📊 Use HR metrics, workforce data, and engagement insights to support business decisions
- 🌟 Develop and lead employee engagement, culture, wellness, recognition, and DEIB initiatives
- 📈 Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development
- 🔄 Lead HR process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives
- 👨💼 Coach and develop the HR team while establishing strong service and performance standards
- 🔗 Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, Global HR, and Operations to ensure seamless HR delivery
What We're Looking For
- ✅ 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a BPO/shared services environment
- ✅ Strong experience in HR business partnering and HR operations
- ✅ In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations
- ✅ Proven experience managing HR teams and partnering with senior stakeholders
- ✅ Strong background in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
- ✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- ✅ Experience driving HR transformation, process improvement, and change initiatives
- ✅ Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution and decision-making skills
